Summer 2024 Programs Are Open for Enrollment!
We teach athletes ages 13 – 19 how to throw the hammer. We have two levels of training: beginner and continuing. Each program includes 10 training sessions of one hour each. Only five athletes can participate in each program. Hammerman USA provides all throwing implements. Throwers provide their own shoes and gloves.
Sessions include video analysis, technique drills and coaching designed to help your son or daughter achieve their personal best. All trainees are eligible to compete in our Throwers League Meets this summer.
How to Sign Up for Training
Select the session dates and skill level that most closely match your needs. As part of the registration process, we will ask for the following information about the athlete:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Home Address
- Phone
- Skill Level Assessment
Early Summer Sessions: June 3 -July 3
